Great Outdoors and In started working for this Leighton Buzzard based customer in 2010, carrying out a deep clean of his conservatory. This particular conservatory was missing some of the finishing trims, using our industry contacts we were able to source / supply / fit missing trim parts. The customer was very happy with the results, therefore, he used our company to carry out annual conservatory clean. The trust was gained by our customer, in 2012, Great outdoors and In were contracted to clean / coat the main house roof.
Great Outdoors and In removed all the moss and algae from the roof tiles using our normal method, controlled pressure washing and used rope access / positioning for safety. As a standard with our entire roof cleans we used water recycling, all the associative uPVC and the conservatory were also cleaned. The roof tiles were then treated using a fungicidal wash to eradicate any remaining moss spores.
Once dry, a few days later we applied ‘Isonit Thermal roof coating’, edges where ‘cut in’ using brushes and the main areas where airless sprayed. This is a two coat application and due to the size of the property the process took two days to complete, finished results were amazing, such a transformation.
