For all carpet cleaning work we will carry out a FREE survey prior to quotation at a time to suit you. The reason for this is quite simple - without inspecting the carpet or rug and conducting a few basic tests, we have no way of knowing which of our carpet cleaning systems are most suitable for your requirement.

These tests will identify any risks, such as possible shrinkage, dye bleed, and the level of soiling or staining, all of which will determine which cleaning method best suits your carpet. Obviously the price will be dependent on all these factors, so if a cleaning company offers you a fixed price quotation over the phone, then you should question it! Our survey is completely FREE, and once completed we will give you a fixed Quotation.
